Biography At least she got to see the flowers once more. It was a little known fact about Suluk that she strongly disliked winter, the snow... She hated cold in general, it did not agree with her thin fur. And in winter, food was scarce, which was hard for Suluk who loved to eat. So it was a good thing that the last thing she saw wasn't a winter wonderland. As she watched the weak sunlight filtering through the budding tree branches, a tired smile spread across her face. Slowly, she rose to her paws, old joints protesting firmly as she let out a soft grunt of effort.
"Anik." She spoke now to another aging female in the pack, one whom she had grown rather fond of in the past few years. The two had become close friends; but instead of running around chasing rabbits and playing tag like the younger wolves, they exchanged stories of the old days when they felt up to doing such things.
The tan-furred she-wolf looked up from her meal, her pale green eyes meeting Suluk's mismatched eyes. "Yes, Suluk?"
"Would you walk with me?"
A nod was Anik's response, the slightly younger but still aging female rising to her paws to move to Suluk's side. "Where do you wish to go?"
"I know a place, just follow me."
Anik knew. It broke her heart to think about, but she knew. She knew that she would be alone when she returned to the pack. But it was so touching to know that Suluk, her best friend, wanted Anik by her side for her final walk in the spring forest. Suluk walked slowly. She sniffed at every beautiful flower, paused often to look at a passing bird or scurrying mouse. She did not pounce on any prey that she saw, and there seemed to be a mutual understanding because the prey did not flee from her. It was so beautiful, the new life in the forest. She saw a bird land at the edge of its nest, feeding a worm to its chirping chicks. She saw a young rabbit taking its first hops under the watchful eyes of its parents. Just in her line of sight, a young fawn stood with its mother, watching the wolves with wide, innocent eyes.
Finally, Suluk reached the place she had been meandering to. It was a bed of clover, thick and soft and surrounded by blossoms and beautiful flowers. She sniffed at the clover, waiting for a fat bumblebee to fly away before lowering her aching body to the ground. The clover was very soft. Anik waited nervously at the edge of the clearing, unsure what to do for her best friend. Suluk, picking up on this, looked up at her and offered the faintest smile.
"Come... Sit with me."
Anik did as she asked. In the peace of the morning, the elderly Suluk spent the last minutes of her life in perfect happiness.
And Anik returned to the pack alone, just as she knew she would.

| Personality You are too old... This is not fair. D: Hands down, my favorite wolf I've ever had on here. You are so much fun to roleplay... I love the personality that you made for yourself. Everyone I've ever roleplayed you with almost immediately fell in love with you and it was adorable. I'm heartbroken to see you go, but I guess all good things must come to an end. And I'mma still RP you.
RIP, Sulu.
