Biography
Fear pulsed through Dapple. She was going to be the new alpha!?!. Meadow had juat died and so had her only female pup. And now Dapple was going to be mates with Meadows only pup. a male, named Veldt, was the alpha male and Dapple was the alpha female. Dapple felt sorry for Veldt. He was only 2 years old, had just lost his mother and sister, and now he had to be alpha and have a mate. Dapple glanced over at her mother, Blossom, she had thought Blossom would be happy that her daughter would be alpha. But insted it seamed like she was devastated. Sighing Dapple walked up to her mother. "Mother are you ok" she asked "i know i wanted to be alpha but when i became beta we became good friends i....i didn't want her to die" Blossom sighed tears bright in her eyes. Dapple gently licked her mother before turning to see Veldt walking over to the alpha's sleeping spot and floping down. Hesitantly Dapple walked up to him and sniffed his ear "Veldt are you alright" she mumered as she crouched next to him. His only response was a sigh. Dapple gently nuzzled his ear "come on" she whispered as she nudged him to his paws "I want to show you something" turning she quickly trotted out of camp with Veldt close behind. After a bit of walking Dapple lead him through some bushes onto a small clearing. On one side of the clearing there was a shimmering stream, and on the other side there was a large pile of boulders that formed a cave. Leading him to the cave she ducked inside and lay in the corner. Veldt looked around and sniffed the cool, damp air. Dappled nodded her head, indicating that he should lay beside her. As he flopped down she gently began grooming his neck and ears. After a moment of silence only broken by the sound of her grooming him, Dappled let out a soft sigh "are you going to be ok Veldt? I know how much of shock it must have been to lose them" Veldt simply sighed and stood "i...i'll be ok" Dapple shook her head sadly as he walk back into the forest.
