"Get out of my way, son!" A rough voice snarled at Cougar, who at the time was 1 and a half, almost full grown.
"No, father," Cougar responded, "This has gone on long enough. I will not allow you to ignore and abuse your pack any longer."Cougar's weight shifted, and he raised his hackles, his fur bristling as he glared at his father. He could hear the soft snarls of the two wolves at his side.
Drake, the large male in front of Cougar let his lips pull back, his teeth glinting dangerously.
"This is your last warning, Cougar,"Drake responded, "Get out of my way!"
Cougar stood his ground, the wolves behind him flinching at their Alpha Male's anger.
"This is not what mom would have wanted," Cougar growled.
"This is what your mother wanted!" Drake snarled, lunging towards his son. "I need to go somewhere!" he cried as his fangs closed around the back of Cougar's neck, and he tossed his son to the side.
Cougar quickly got up, lunging at his father, claws raking, teeth flashing. The two wolves that have been behind him did the same, and Cougar's father struggled, lashing out at his attackers. His eyes glinted with rage, anger, and fear. He thrashed in the wolves' grips, attempting to bite one of them, going for a fatal bite.
Soon, as Cougar held his father's neck in his jaws, the Alpha stopped struggling, his body beginning to grow limp. The young male set his father on the ground, looking at the wolves he was with.
"It is done. The Revolution has been completed," he said, his tone slightly morbid, as he avoided looking at the bloodied wolf on the ground. He had thought this moment would be thrilling, happy. He had thought he would be free, the new Alpha Male, but as he stood there, blood dripping from his mouth, he felt more burdened then ever. His icy blue eyes turned away, and he began padding back to camp, dreading what his pack-mates would think.

Cougar's fur bristled as a unkown male wolf raced into camp, heading towards the Alpha's den.
"Where is the Alpha?" he asked, his skinny body shaking with fear and exhaustion.
Cougar lifted his head, trotting to the wolf.
"Here," he said, "I am the Alpha."
"Who are you?" he asked, a confused look spreading across his face.
"I am the son of Drake, the new Alpha of this pack. My name is Cougar," he said, "What do you want?"
The wolf cocked his head, "Sorry to bother you, but your father's patient is able to walk. I came to inform her that her status has change, she is getting better."
"What patient?" Cougar asked, confused, and slightly annoyed, "What are you talking about?"
"I do not know her relation to him, but her name is Angel," he said, "would you like me to take you to her, as I assume you are Drake's son, you have his same pelt."
"Angel?" Cougar asked, his mind spinning, "The only Angel I've ever known died a year ago..." he paused, looking down, "Take me to her, please."

After many hours of walking, the male stopped, looking back at Cougar. They had traveled to the base of a large mountain, and a cave sat directly ahead of them. "You many go in first," the male said, dipping his head respectfully.
Cougar nodded, padding into the cave. Once his eyes adjusted to the low amount of light, he made out the small silhouette of a female, laying in the corner of the den.
He could make out the dark base of her coat, covered in lighter fur, and he felt his heart flutter has her green eyes opened, and looked directly at him. "Angel?" he asked, stepping forwards.
"Drake?" she asked, voice hopeful.
"No, it's me, Ma," he said.
"Cougar?" her voice fluttered, "What are you doing here?"

In the end, Cougar ran away with his mother, leaving the Pack forever. He never told her what he had done, and realized his father had never truly meant to hurt the pack, but was only doing all the things his did for his mother, who Drake loved so much, he would give his life for hers.
Cougar kept his shame in his heart, and ambition and agression sprouted from it, turning his outer appearance stone cold. He became a strict Alpha, but not cruel. He soon found a mate, and grew to love her more t

Cougar is an agressive wolf, and acts quite dominantly towards his subordinate males. His light blue eyes are filled with regrets from the past, but nobody else in the pack knows what he has been through, as he refuses to let his past show. Instead, he covers his guilt and regret with ambition and agression, thinking only the worst of everyone other than Sandstorm, his loving mate. He knows that she has been through hard times just like him, but her past is slightly different.
