"There was a time, when this earth was nothing but a planet of dust and there were no living creatures. There will be a time when all of our hardships will be reduced to dust and we will all cease to exist. There will be war, there will be suffering, and there will be pain." A large, rotund wolf spoke down at the tiny lump of fur at his great paws. He flicked out a claw and poked the fur ball, sighing at the still body. His war prize, a prize won from lies and deceit. The pup was nothing special... yet.
"A legacy... remember me."
Quiet voices all around, brutes surrounding the white and black pup. The wolf who sat over him became quiet and still, looking solemnly down at the measly prize. "We fought for you. We died for you. We did it all for you," the voices whispered as they inched closer to the two wolves. "You will repay us." Those last 4 words were words that the pup heard all too often. Within a few days, he had grown larger and stronger. And the words those wolves had whispered in his ears were repeated every day.
"You are the greatest gift to have been bestowed upon us."
"He needs a name." "What will it be?" "Something to represent what we have done, the things we have fought for." Voices rang out from every wolf, each putting in their own opinion. Once more, the large wolf sat at the pup's head and looked down upon him. "He shall be called.. Gaspar. Our Wise Wolf." The pack murmured in solemn agreement. They had lost many to win a prize so simple and seemingly worthless, and yet they kept faith in him.
"He is our savior, the one to save us all."

Our friendship started over advice. I really thought we wouldn't talk after that, but we thankfully did. We began to RP, and I absolutely loved it. After that amazing RP sadly ended (which was a bit grotesque if you ask me), we continued to talk in Main Chat. I really thought nothing of it. We were just acquaintances, nothing more, nothing less. Then, I recently came across customs. I made a low rarity custom to start out, and you asked me about her. You did what I would have never expected. You made me the freaking custom! I treasured her dearly until the day she died. After that, we still continued to talk, and now you are not "just" a friend. You are my friend. One of my best ones.
This wolf is a small way to thank you for your kindness, and thank you for your friendship. I love you, even if I don't say it much.
