Seriously? For me that’s background noise. My cousin came over last month and was freaking out about the driving and crashes. Apparently seeing police/fire trucks/ambulances in hot pursuit and emergencies and a crash on literally every turn isn’t normal? Same with hearing sirens every 5 minutes?

Noooo. I yelled while my dog barked like a maniac. You’d be surprised to know this is the quietest ruckus on the street. Only reason I’ve been up is cause the house next door is having a party and blaring music. They have a 2nd grader that goes to camp, how the hell does he sleep? I honestly don’t know.
