Dark Snow has always lived on the shadier side of life. From what she's told the pack, we know that her mother abandoned her when she was just weened. After that happened Dark Snow vowed to care and love for her pups as long as she can. She's also never trusted mother wolves after that. And she tries to keep her distance.
