Biography Shade's Raven
"I don't understand why they don't like me, Magnus," the she-wolf murmured to her mate as they rested in the den. Outside, the wind stirred through the oak trees, and a raven sang a lonely song. The moon painted a warm glow of light in the den's entrance, highlighting the paws of the Alpha Female. Her green eyes were dull; she seemed depressed over something.
The burly tan wolf next to her ran a tongue over her lowered ears. "I'm sure they like you," he murmured, his rough voice quiet. "They just don't show it too often." The female found his consistent tongue strokes to be relaxing, but it did not soothe her anxiety.
Raising her head, she yipped, "No, they really don't! I watch them... they glare at me when I pass by. They whisper to each other. They just don't like me." Her ears dropped, and her eyes darkened. "I don't like them either," she muttered, turning away. She watched outside, observing the daredevil flight of the raven, its black feathers outlined in the moonlight.
Magnus said nothing, simply stirring beside her. All she could hear was his breathing as he mulled over her words. "I'm sorry they don't like you..." he began; Shade suddenly whipped around, her shiny teeth bared.
"Don't. I need none of your sympathy," she growled. "I'm the Alpha Female, and if they don't like that, then too bad for them, because I could care less." Her green eyes flashed with anger as she stared at her mate, until he finally glanced away. "That's your problem," she said, still staring him down. "You're too soft. These wolves don't know how to respect, because you let them say whatever the Wendt they want. They just need to show us both the necessary submission."
Magnus said nothing audibly; instead, he let out a mumbled "Fine" and laid down, facing away from the angry she-wolf. She gave one last glare at his massive shoulders, then turned away, laying her head on her paws. In the distance, she could make out the raven, attacking at a blue jay. That raven demands respect. He is the Alpha Bird of the forest. He doesn't need to have the others like him; they just need to fear him.
She was the raven of this pack, and she would get her respect.

| Personality It seems so long ago that I chose you to be mine. I know it was, and yet, the time passed so quickly. I quickly realized how low your affinity was, and yet I still loved you. I considered selling you eventually, but you stuck with my pack, and you've gone on to be such a nice battle wolf. You've been a wonderful part of my pack for so long. I'll hate to see you leave.
I love you so much. <3
