| as a dog trainer, i personally wouldn't recommend any spray bottles or smacks. redirecting is the way to go, especially once they start losing their puppy teeth and they become more nippy. |

| fang, for one puppy, I'd spray water in their face and theyd stop, the other i had to give him a little smack on the nose to stop. |

| Fang redirect with a toy and ignore pup if any biting continues. some react well to "ouch" once they're older, but that doesn't really work on younger pups. redirect and ignore. |
