| When is an appropriate time to talk to your neighbors- they have a dog so I'm 80% sure they don't know that there's a sudden litter of kittens in their backyard. Think she moved there overnight. She wasn't there yesterday. |

| I wish I weren't allergic to kittens. Would that stop me from holding them though? Realistically not. But they're not in my yard. The puppies were distracted so I went to go look and saw them through the broken wood of the fence. |
