| holi give PPI's and H2 blockers another shot. you have to take them 30 minutes to one hour before eating; if you eat before that time frame or dont eat within that time frame, the meds wont work. try your best to not have late dinners because eating late at night is the biggest culprit for reflux |

| Cockroach, I'm currently not on them. I stopped pretty much everything out of frustration except for Tums or Pepto Bismol. ;-; I have been going to bed on an empty stomach most nights, but sometimes I have late dinners, which I've found to make it worse. |

| Song, Ohh okay. Yeah earlier stages of BE are really hard unfortunately because the moves are less and it takes more to kill an enemy but sometimes the enemies just keep going. |

| Cockroach, I've had it since I was young so I don't really remember. I just think it caused my fear of getting sick ToT And same, meds either only help a bit or not at all. I'm out of tums currently and since it is 3am the drugstore is closed so I am fucked. I usually elevate my head with a pillow when I sleep but sometimes I forget to or slide down my pillow then acid is like "okay bro time to make you feel like shit" |
