| Gifted just need some speedy fingers, i can throw an endless amount if i just keep clicking the button before it reloads that being said, if you're blessed with super speedy internet, then it might be a fair bit more tricky |

| I can only throw 1 balloon at a time. i dont know HOW others throw 30+ a minute |

| for me, it went from 500/600 notifs on day 1, another 400 or so day 2, and it's been pretty quiet since, so i don't see the mod numbers changing much top 5 members ranking is crazy though |
