ivy i agree, while we could just turn off chat, i wasnt expecting to see so much ignorance after everyone was JUST talking about how much they hated homophobia |

Vox you seem to not understand that while you *can* doesn't necessarily mean you should. and 'right now' shows you do understand the potential for it to blow up... |

Emerald Ivy When they stay civil, I think it's perfectly okay. As long as people are being respectful and aren't insulting one another, there's no reason to avoid discussions on something. I think everyone discussing it knows the line between civil and not. One of the game mods can intervene/move a topic along if they decide it's getting out of hand. |

Ghost absolutely. It's completely unfair, and WolfPlay is a place for people to come relax, or escape everyday issues... not be pestered with it here. |

the discussion isn't even heated right now. it hasn't led to anything that breaks any rules lmao |
Emerald Ivy |
ET Civil debates that can lead to things not-so-civil, politically, especially where the topic itself is known for being very sensitive/ touchy for some have no place in a game chat like this. |
Simon G Riley |
thank you ivy. i've been excluded from tons of sports since i was a child because of stuff like this and the fact that people are so adamant about it still just ticks me off. |

hiding chat until it's gone or even blocking people can resolve the issue of not wanting to see it. |
Emerald Ivy |
Royal that wasn't directed towards you or anyone by the way, I just took too long to send the second one lol. |

Civil debates are entirely allowed haha, there's nothing 'adult' about this conversation. |
Emerald Ivy |
many people here aren't aware of another's background, to openly discuss this is like ignoring anyone who could be affected by it... |
