| Will We watched YouTube video after YouTube video trying to figure this out. May have took a few years but at the end we still visit each other and sit in a circle braiding each others hair together these days. That's the feeling just having yourself style your hair and it feels incredible |

| @Angel Oh wow that's incredible!! Honestly, knowing how to take care of your own hair properly has been like such a highlight in my life, that may sounds silly haha But for real, if my hair feels nice, I am just so comfortable in my self. That's incredible you learned all of that so young |

| Will My brothers have weirdly straight hair but me and my sisters have straight curls all around and we had to figure out how to handle them ourselves because our dad was working and sometimes couldn't help and our mom was helping the boys with their hair. Learned how to do cornrows by age 8 and learned how to get perfect curls that stay hydrated all day by 12 |

| @Angel My mom taught me basics braids with my childhood doll, who has yarn hair so it was super easy to learn with three strands But my grandmother had super curly hair, my mom has more wavy, and I ended up with super silly straight hair which they didn't know how to style </3 A lot of trial and error for me, but I taught myself how to do fun stuff like fishtails and dutch braids. Braiding is my go to for bed, hot weather, or just needing my hair out of my face 🩷 |
