| I normally only wash my hair once a week (Please do whats best for your hair, typically 5-7 is whats best for mine) And I was gonna wash it yesterday, but I pinched/tore a muscle/nerve in my shoulder right where all your upper movement stems, so then I couldn't wash my hair. |
