In light of the realization that people don't know terms

AOx1-4 = Alert and Oriented to self/time/place/event

When we roll up and during transport, the patient only knew who he himself was, nothing else.

When the patient starts talking to the ER doctor, he Oriented to himself and knows the time and/or where he is. Making me look like a liar.
