Now I have three 18-19 hero females with 17-22 rarity and 14-16 talents I need to figure out what to do with.

What I figured I would do with them is offer at least two of them (whichever two, it don't matter particularly to me) to the alliance. Either someone takes one or two of them today or I'm hoarding them like the damn dirty dragon I am.
