The way I view it kinda could be taken like that- but like I don't understand how saying your OC looks like Bruno is rude-

its not criticism. like at all. it is absolutely rude to comapre somebody's original character to an existing one i am confused as to how i need to explain that to you. in this instance it especially is, due to my oc looking absolutely nothing like bruno, and the only similarity being that he owns rats.

naur if your critique is "it looks like this character" it's not critique it's just you seeing a small similarity.

it's rude because someone put work into that character and design and it kinda feels like you're discrediting all of that, and only seeing the character for what they remind you of rather than the actual OC.
