Hey. I'm trying to write a book so I wanna see what yall think.
The bits arnt in coherent order, just the order I wrote them in.
I don't mind comments. That's the point of this to show yall what I've been working on.
If you want to see more of my characters, me and Moonshadow have an AU roleplay. Just don't post on that plz.

The Ancient One and The Swordroom (192)
The Ancient One stood in the Swordroom. The silver shone from the sun through a skylight. He inspected the sword and closed his eyes, envisioning the next wielder. The Ancient One opened his eyes, for he sensed a mind present.
“Obadiah,” the woman chuckled. “Why must you narrate yourself as ‘The Ancient One’? You hold no such title. It just makes you sound full of yourself.”
“It's not inaccurate. I am thousands of years old.” You know as well as anyone, Jehosheba.
“True, but so am I.” We all are, Obadiah.
Obadiah scowled. You know I've done more than anyone for this. I've been here for the longest.
You have let power go to your head. Jehosheba frowned. You have not the strength to wield it again.
Obadiah burned with fury at the thought. “You think I don't know that?” He snapped aloud, his voice dangerous. I know my strength, Obadiah's thoughts were laden with poison. That's why I have chosen a new wielder. The dimensions are in need of one again.
Jehoshaba paused, then asked, Where shall you send it?
Obadiah's fury turned to thoughtfulness as he contemplated his answer. “Earth”

A Deadly Battle (99)
Clang! went the ringing of sword on sword. I quickly ran my sword through another English soldier. We are winning, and our enemies know it.
“Lilith! Is this what you came for?” I called to Johanna.
Not far away, Johanna was reveling in it. She opened her mouth to retort, but was stopped by a heavy hit to her back. She looked down in horror to see a sword tip sticking out of her chest.
I screamed. No. Not Johanna. “Lilith!”
Johanna looked back up from her impaled chest. She breathed a single word before breathing her last. “Joan.”

The Blackberry Patch (314)
“Come on Siah!” She called to me from behind the sycamore. “It's this way!” I followed her through the trees to a clearing full of berry bushes. “Well don't just stand there, Josiah, start picking.” She said, her voice full of laughter as she popped three or four in her mouth while putting double that many in her basket.
“Phoebe,” the little elf had dove deeper into the thistles to get the best fruit. “Phoebe!”
She popped up from the briars, startling me and several nearby birds. “Yes?”
I smiled. “You never told me what we are doing this for,” I said. She's beautiful even with purple stains on her face.
“No one told you about the ball and banquet tonight?”
The ball. Yes, I was told. “I heard about it.”
“Okay, well Athaliah wanted to bake a blackberry pie for it,” she said with a smile, reaching for another giant blackberry.
I grabbed a couple more to put in my basket. Hers was nearly full, while I had barely covered the wicker bottom. Where is she finding them all? Is she perfect or is it a secret elf power? “So, how did that job land on you and me?” Probably both.
Phoebe giggled when a bird landed on her shoulder. “We didn't have to, I guess. I just like to. I understand knights like you may have more important things to do,” she finally stopped smiling.
No, don't! Never stop smiling! “Knight-to-be. And no, I don't have anything better to do.” Nothing is better than being with you. “Not today at least.”
“Well good because the princess said I wasn't supposed to let you out of my sight!” She grinned and disappeared back into the patch.
The princess. My sister. Henna.
I crushed a blackberry in my fist.
She did this on purpose.
She knows what this does to me.
To my heart.
