A wolf with fur black as night. She's a pup. With bright gold eyes. Her fur is different from the soft browns of her pack. She is a pup called night. She hears her parents wishpers. They say she is different. There is something wrong.

My older brother kicks me in his sleep. I grunt and roll over. Opening my eyes it's still dark. No light shining through the entrance of the cave. I sigh. Then my mother moves.

My father padded into the cave. He spoke quietly. "Night...why is she so strange? She is much larger despite being the youngest. She has gold eyes while ours are blue.her fur is dark as night. Ours is brown. She is strange and different. Not like us. Nala what do we do with her?"
My mother sighed. "Claw, she's our daughter. You have to deal with it. Maybe she'll be the best hunter in the meadow territory!"

My father huffed. Then he layed down. Then dawn light broke through the darkness. I got up my legs slightly shaky. The air was cool and warming. I sighed hoping it wouldn't get super hot.
