Regular wolves can have up to 200 dominance CP allotted to them, 250 if the wolf has the Surpassing Valor boost. What's cumulatively considered a lot would depend on your pack goals but you can see who's the most dominant across the entire game under Gathering > Alphas > Most Dominant Packs.

This is not a set pallete, and you can change and alter colors however you need/want to. You can also use some of the greyish/blueish colors from the background as well if you'd like. But I don't really want a super bright or dark pallete, so a good balance would be awesome ^^
