I am thinking there is a Hunting Competition, Archery Competition, Cooking/Baking Competition, Racing Horses , A Tea Party (To observe manners and behavior - won't be announced so the suitors will act normal and not know they're being observed/judge) , A Picinic, Public Outings. And she can choose to have things like Garden Walks with specific individuals she finds interesting
