I'm back-

Just got done making me some quesadillas

Man I am so sorry for not being on much today- I have been a little itsy bit busy so I will do the ship sheets tomorrow. In the meantime, what's everyone chatting about? :D

And I was talking about how I got done making quesadillas

I'll probably be on tomorrow in the morning or anytime before five ish. My aunt and uncle are having an adoption baby shower. I'm so happy for them they have been trying to adopt forever.

I'm only an hour ahead of game time so pretty much same time

Quesadillas are super simple.

All you need is the items your gonna fill your quesadilla with. For me it was some honey glazed chicken with sweet corn.
First you put your choice of cheese on one half of the tortilla (for me I used sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack) and then put the filling on top of it and then if desired heat up in the microwave for 60s or less to start the cheese melting (but don't put it in too long so your tortilla doesn't get soggy.)

And then get your pan and using butter you fry one side, pressing down on the top gently with a spatula and then once it's crisp and Golden your flip and do the same to the other side.

And boom! Quesadilla time 😌

I topped mine with homemade peach guacamole , salsa and sour cream.
