Is it national? Unless they came from the same place I don't think Carswell is that well known. Especially since he hasn't been caught in this town yet. Idk how crime and fame work lol |

shooot there is actually a good website to find out this stuff exactly, but I cannot remember it!! it is either black market or black mask something or other. it is a good website for illegal stuff you might want to know so you dont get flagged for looking it up
