I realized I lied The Asters do actually exist in Garvin's usual timeline. They're just. So early on in the timeline that I totally forgot they existed for a moment. I was wondering why the last name seemed familiar and now I know why. They're the family Garvin worked for, for about two or three months, in Louisiana while he was 13. Or.
