It says it on the News post from today. It stands for Coefficient Of Inbreeding. It means how inbred a wolf is.

Zefhyr, it is Coefficient of Inbreeding. Basically it is 'how inbred is your wolf' but it only goes back a certain number of generations, I can't remember how many.

Ohoho an idea!
Hoffen couldn't completely. His external mech parts (jaw/legs) mostly come from old injuries, but he could have the things that control him removed, but there would probably be lasting effects.

Here it is! His mech legs have much more detail than that xD that was just a rough sketch, and his beard is longer and more schnauzer-like
