Would any movement of the last few inches of the tail be different because of the lack of bone? Or would it move more normally?

Nicodemus doesn't really flirt well, he never does it. On purpose. But he's definitely the one to pause, tilt his head to the side, smirk and ask if Percy likes what he sees. Because Nico doesn't lack confidence and is gonna be direct like that.
