Let's go with upper class. I feel like Irfam worked their way from the under class into upper class due to their intelligence(and a deal with a upper probably about supplying weapons they made/built) and has just managed to stay there.

Oooo sounds fun! I might sign up but I am pretty swamped and still need to finish forms for other rps. Plus, I will probably be pretty busy this coming week or so. okay random question! what is the currency of the vampiric kingdom and how much of that currency would you need to rent a blood gifter or take the trolly? |

Anea is the currency and think of it as the US cash system. <3 Blood-Gifters cost 100 Anea ($100), but those with rarer blood cost more

I would assume this means rarer blood types like I assume Garvin has or people who can regenerate blood a bit faster like Harper

Yup, basically Blood-Gifters whose blood is unique like how Detour mentioned
I feel like Blood Gifters could've been modified or born that way (thanks to ancient-long dead vampire heritage)

It's greatness- Irfam totally has two buildings for their science stuff- One in Vadem and one in Cratios. He travels between them depending on how... Legal and lethal, the experiment/endeavor/creation is.
