Oh no . I'm just saying that naturally that's a strike against me, in any job I take, but especially in upper scale/class jobs. But no my manager was super chill and nice about it. And just asked me to let him know when I got my paper id, and they'll reschedule. Even told me where I could get an id, so I have a feeling he was rooting for me.

I'm sorry you're going through a lot Wizard. :( I've never experienced those situations before, but hearing that gives me secondhand anxiety. Also, I'm glad you're going to your orientation on Wednesday and wishing you the best of luck. <3

I already have a strike for being a woman, and a black woman at that entering a white dominated area. So I just feel like I didn't handle my business the way I should. But at least I'll be able to go to orientation on Wensday with my needed stuff.

Also for context to mauves silver collar: the silver collar was attached to a magical blood tether and by her brothel owner which he used to punish her each time she disobeyed him by poisoning her blood with silver using his blood powers. When Vivienne showed up with her family, she cut the blood tether and killed the former owner.
They couldn't remove the collar for two reasons: Mauve's blood is used to it, so she'll get sick if she takes it off. Two, no one knows how to take it off without someone getting hurt in the process.
I think when she sees quill with his red eyes(like hers. I might have her old owner be her father but she doesn't know it but she probably guessed at it) and just walking around blankfaced holding onto blood "chains" and then he admits to hurting the human she just fed on because of the compulsion from Finley. She gonna snap |
