oh if anyone was wondering about the random guy I mentioned at the end of my post, he's someone connected to her past. I was trying to figure out a way to implement a method that would bring her to explain some of her history, and thought if there was someone who'd come to the city for less than savory 'business' on behalf of her old family. This makes her warn the leaders not to deal with them, as "they only do business outside of their territory when it's something shady even for the mafia".

Got some other ideas around that, like maybe they're there to cause trouble and keep the two families from truly coming to a truce, or they are simply making a shifty business deal that could affect both families within the city? Still working on it.
