For real. The phone policy is way stricter this year, at least for me. I understand why they did it, but it still seems a little extreme, honestly. But I can still work on RPs and I'll still be able to be online every day for a good bit

Haha, I mostly just bounced off what everyone has said so far about their character, but I'm glad I got them right! Also, thanks :) iArema said: *that* good, yknow hehe I love these incorrect quotes Determined_Wolf said: Adapa is just that good at reading characters iArema said: Ezra has morse code in his bio as separator I feel watched Lmao Lost Memories said: - Mai: .. .----. -- / ... --- .-. .-. -.-- [translation: I’M SORRY] Ezra: What's that? Yeah, it's only the third day of school for me and it's definitely way stricter than last year. Kind of like the new fight policy though Lost Memories said: For real. Yeah, I agree. I will say though, the new law about preferred name and pronouns is making me seriously angry. It doesn't effect me directly since I go by my given name and any pronouns, but a large portion of my friend group is effected and it's pissing me off that teachers who would normally be respectful are forced to mistreat my friends and other trans/non-binary people(who aren't supported by their parents). It's literally a law based in transphobia, I don't understand why it was allowed to pass- Sorry for ranting though, I've just been angry the past few days about it. Oof, my school isn't that bad yet at least, that absolutely sucks though, definitely understand the frustration as someone who would've been affected if I was there. Now THAT is a bad friggin rule I'm glad I'm homeschooled, regardless of the fact that my parents are homophobic- Overthink101 said: Oof, my school isn't that bad yet at least, that absolutely sucks though, definitely understand the frustration as someone who would've been affected if I was there. Yeahhh, I'm really worried about our Gay-Straight Alliance group. I'm one of the leaders, and I'm not sure if it's even going to happen this year. Especially if our host teacher can't respect preferred names. It really sucks because we live in a very conservative state, and our GSA (which only started three years ago, by the way) was one of the only places where our community could be openly together without worrying about judgement or bullying, we also provided queer hotline numbers and other resources that aren't provided through the normal school system. I don't want the people who need that to lose it. iArema said: Now THAT is a bad friggin rule I'm glad I'm homeschooled, regardless of the fact that my parents are homophobic- Overthink101 said: Oof, my school isn't that bad yet at least, that absolutely sucks though, definitely understand the frustration as someone who would've been affected if I was there.
