Anywho, Carcel is open for affiliations, as far as those go with him haha. It's not great to be someone he considers a rival or adversary, though it's arguably worse to be someone he might consider or care for even if it's by just a hair - but if anyone is crazy enough to pursue either, I'm down to plot 😈 Neutral affiliations are chill as well

If anyone wants to scheme in PMs I'm very open to that too!

Edit: If anyone wants to have somehow crossed paths with him in the past, related to his mercenary work or not, that would be peak 🙏
