Is this something people would be interested in buying? If so, what would you say is a fair price? If you like this character, why? Design, color combinations, or the drawing style?

I really like it I would buy it around 20 mush the design is nice and color combinations looks good but to me the colors look a little flat but I just really like when things fade so that really is just my personal opinion.
