I don't have anything as of right now, but how do you draw muscles on an animal? Like visible through the coat kinda deal?

I just look at references honestly xD and eventually I start to memorise the muscles that pop! or just make up the anatomy xD

Wasn't really sure what expression you were going for but I just drew a happy expression lol
I usually draw noses freehand but sometimes I'll use a square for help drawing the front facing part! I add a small section underneath the nose then start the mouth line!

When drawing eyes I like to start with the eyebrow (which I think you do also lol) then the top eyelid line! Then a slightly curved vertical line to serve as the front of the eye- hopefully my process translates well in the bottom right example xD

This is the structure I use for faces in my art! Anything outside this area I detail with a lot of fur (unless the character has hair)

I'm very tired right now and can't explain for shit but hopefully this helps lmao

There are a few things I see could need changing!
(also I am very tired so my explaining might be very bad xD)

Starting with the face, I'd say move the face back a bit and have the forehead line point further upwards! Other than that it's perfect <3

I think the biggest fix is the top of the shoulder and neck connection! In a pose like this I usually make the top of the shoulder horizontal and the neck line diagonal!
I think the front leg needs to be pushed back a bit but it should be fine either way :>

One more thing! Make the body a tiny bit longer and the head slightly bigger! I believe I covered mostly everything x3 hopefully my redline explains the rest lol
