So I'm wondering if this needs improvements... |

I mean, it's really solid all things considered. Nice colors, chill background, good anatomy and the lines are all really smooth. I love how you did the eyes and how they're so much brighter than the rest of the character. I only have a couple of things to nitpick, and honestly you could sell stuff like this as-is for a huge profit.
The only thing I would change is the transition from the neck to the chest(?) floof (if this is an anthro character, maybe working a bit on shoulder placement), and the perspective is a little bit odd on the nose (you can see the top of the nose, implying the character's head is tilted pretty far down, but their eye and horn placement seems like we're looking at their face from the side.) And to go with that, I would have put the horn with the rings on it further up/back.
But those are both easy fixes. Very pretty overall <3 |

Thank you for the positive notes, especially on the line work. --- Now that I turn my screen at the angle from which she's looking I do see the weird placement of the horns and the eyes need a nore sharp curve- I did not notice that! On the floof thing this is a mythical character, I'm working on a full body reference and its supposed to look like a built in neck scarf thing- Is there an idea you have so it looks more natural? |

Only thing I would change is making the line between the neck and the floof a little... fluffier, lol. The rest of the neck floof has a lot of texture, but the line between the fluff and the neck looks a little more flat. Honestly though, it's not that big of a thing. It doesn't take away from it really, just a detail. |
