I like 15 minutes, I'm slower and tend to forget. I wouldn't want to get rid of it entirely. Insane Sanity said: Here would be my thought, make it option like boosts or no boosts. So you could select like a 10-15min response time or a 5min response time. Liesure/Relaxed - you have 15min to move or the battle will be forfeit Quickdraw - you have 5min to move or the battle will be forfeit
Ecifircas said: I would absolutely love it if we could reduce the regular wait time from 15 minutes to 10, with an additional 'speed round' option for faster matches when setting up battle requests. This option could shorten the inactivity window before an auto-forfeit to just 5 minutes.
Perhaps the 'speed round' feature could be unlocked as a perk for reaching a higher league level, like Silver (over 100 PvP wins) or higher. This would add an extra incentive for players to climb the ranks. :-)
Looove these ideas!

Insane Sanity, I get that. Ten minutes might feel too rushed, and if you get sidetracked even briefly, you could easily lose the match. Maybe we could offer a choice between Casual (15 minutes) and Default (10 minutes)? - especially if the timer is adjusted based on the results of this poll, since it seems like 10 minutes is the preferred option.

It doesn't take too long to spam attack button, pvp is not a strategy game where you have to careful think about your next move. You press attack and hope RNG is on your side. The way I see, 5 minutes is already too much. Perhaps it'd be nice to have a option to set the timer as there's for BE. Something like: 1, 5, 15 minutes as options.

No way I was just wanted to complain about this lol, yeah I agree 15 minutes is way too long as if a pack decides they want to be a troll (which has happened to me in this and past WoW), they can just wait out the whole 15min period before attacking which means even if you attack right away when you notice they've made their move, battles will take minimum 90min if at least one person does not miss. I agree with the suggestion that there should be two categories of PvP, leisure and quickdraw as this would make things a lot easier during WoW. Edited at September 2, 2024 06:48 PM by Enigma

i feel like you should be able to select it before you start the battle. so you both make a commitment to the time frame

Kháos said: It depends on the circumstances for me. Sometimes I like to explore while I wait, so 10 minutes feels fine. But other times I am in a hurry to get quick mush and prefer waiting for 5 minutes or less.
This!! Maybe a time limit option to set the pace of the PvP. Choosing 5min if you want a quick game, 15min for moderate, or custom for no limit at all
