I'm kinda the same. I do want to talk to someone but I do not want to go out to do so. Because I'm shy and probably won't be able to talk and that feeling is worse when it's a day where my dysphoria is worse. I have bad dysphoria about my voice sadly tho I like my singing voice. My mom is going to bring me to someone that can teach me how to lower my voice.
