Could someone tell me what's wrong? It's not dominance related so what wolves should I get rid of?

It is dominance related since a lot of your wolves have 0 dominance. Make sure your wolves dominance is staggered by 1 so no one has the same amount.

Also check their affinity, any wolf with ok, bad, or very bad will also bring down the pack happiness.
