If I bred a wolf today or tomorrow and spring came before she gave birth would she lose the pups because she aged or would nothing happen???

Nothing will happen. Once she hits 80 hours of pregnancy, she will have a chance of going into labour. Only time pups are lost is when your den is full or your female dies.
