Can anyone tell me what I need to cure this? Also, where do you see how many bloody fangs you have and what are they used for?

You can cure Lupine Parvovirus with Silver Salve, which is crafted from Beeswax, Grapeseed and Wolfsbane, all items randomly dropped by werewolves in Explore (even in human form.)

Go to your den and click the "Events and Games" tab to view how many Bloody Fangs you have. You can spend those in the Event Shop to buy some neat items. :)

You can also buy Silver Salve in Barter, along with the ingredients for it. Just go to Marketplace>Barter>Search.
