I don't want to go through all my wolves and their settings anymore to stop random players from messing up my dominace by putting it on wolves I don't want. so, question in the title.

There is not any way to 'fix' this.

If you don't want your dominance being affected by other players, you have to muscle through and do it manually per wolf - sadly.
