I was just wondering what binoculars are used for (if anything)? And how to get a hold of the devine health boost? Thanks!

Binoculars are paired with a rifle and a backpack to craft a wolf medallion which gives 10+ Dominance. You can get them from explore.

The only way to get a divine boost is to breed one (boosts/defects are random) or to buy a wolf with one from someone. :)
