I've only been around a few months and I still don't know a whole lot about this game. How do I send a wolf to someone else? I don't think I've seen an option for this anywhere.

There's no option to send wolves to other packs. The only way to send a wolf to another pack is by selling it. The Premium upgrade has a feature that gives you the option to privately sell a wolf though, which would be the best way to go about it.
