I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

Um... I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but when wolfplay reloaded when I got back on it looked like this:

It's because you were away long enough for the game to log you out, this isn't a bug. It happens so you can't explore while logged out. Opening a new tab and logging back in before going back to your explore tab will let you continue from where you left off. :)
