If you don't know what they are, do a quick search on DeviantArt for the words. Basically, a lot of people on DeviantArt make adopts based off moodboards. Are they allowed on WolfPlay? I'm sure the moodboards themselves aren't because Tumblr isn't a place you can easily find original copyrights to images, but are the adopts based off those colors allowed on WolfPlay?
I purchased some adopts and pieces off DeviantArt and other games that are based off moodboards. I wish to resell them on here.
After all, they aren't just textures from the moodboards copy and pasted, mostly just the colors and maybe a few patterns. Edited at September 7, 2018 09:25 PM by BiO

I don't believe you can re-sell art that you didn't make. If you made the moodboard adoptables yourself, I'm pretty sure it would be fine.
If what you're wanting to re-sell is not made by you, I'm pretty sure you can't sell it here. If you're just wanting to sell adoptables that you made (which also happen to be based off of moodboards that you did not make) then it should be fine.
It'd probably be best to PM a mod about this though, especially since I've seen some art sales getting taken down for re-selling art they didn't make.

No, most moodboards would not be allowed, because most derive from Tumblr and Pinterest, and can't be credited. Unless the moodboards were made using free to use deviantart texture packs or something, that you can credit.
Do you have the original Artist's permission to re-sell their art? You are gonna need a screenshot as proof that you are allowed to re-sell the adopts.
If the adopts only have colours and markings, and no sort of textures, pictures or fonts from the moodboards, then that should be fine. Edited at September 5, 2018 06:21 PM by Raewyn

Who said anything about selling art that isn't mine? Moodboard adopts sometimes include patterns from the moodboard, but mostly it's just the color palette that is borrowed.

If you purchased the adopts from someone else, technically they are yours, but most Artists don't like their art being re-sold and often have a rule against it, therefore you need their permission. Edited at September 6, 2018 05:33 AM by Raewyn

Hm I'm blind lmao. But what if their rules say I can sell them? :P I probably can and will lol. That's their deviantart rules. They aren't responding my onslaught of PMs on WolfPlay.

Screen shot their rules and post them here.
