Wolf Play : Breeding

Breed 2 high rarity wolves together. You have a better chance of rarity of its from markings rather than base rarity because you have a low chance of getting really rare base coats.

There are probably other ways but this is what I would do

Green Fern	Increase Rarity Chance Give this to a pregnant wolf and the pups will have an increased chance of inheriting the parent's markings, thus increasing the rarity of the pups. NOTE #1: Pups can only inherit markings that the parents have. So if the parents don't have many markings, neither will the pups. It will not help pups from low rarity parents. NOTE #2: This item only gives an increased chance of higher rarity. It is not a guarantee.
Red Raspberry	Increase Rare Pelt Chances - Low Give this to a pregnant wolf and the pups will have a very slightly increased chance of having a rarer pelt. NOTE: This item only gives an increased chance of having a rarer pelt. It is not a guarantee. For best effect, at least one of the parents should have a rarer pelt.
Black Raspberry	Increase Rare Pelt Chances - Medium Give this to a pregnant wolf and the pups will have a medium increased chance of having a rarer pelt. It is a higher chance than with Red Raspberry and a lower chance than with Golden Raspberry. NOTE: This item only gives an increased chance of having a rarer pelt. It is not a guarantee. For best effect, at least one of the parents should have a rarer pelt.
Golden Raspberry	Increase Rare Pelt Chances - Highest Give this to a pregnant wolf and the pups will have an best increased chance of having a rarer pelt. It is a higher chance than with Red Raspberry or Black Raspberry. NOTE: This item only gives an increased chance of having a rarer pelt. It is not a guarantee. For best effect, at least one of the parents should have a rarer pelt.
Ginseng Root	Common Pelts For Pups Give this to a pregnant wolf and her pups will only have Common Pelts. If both parents have non-Common Pelt, then a Common Pelt will be assigned at random.

If a male wolf was dyed one of the legendary or exclusive colors, will the odds of one the pups be better for that color?

Very, *very* low.

(I am not entirely sure if raspberries impact exclusive pelts or just uncommon-legendary)

I can say though, the only natural born Exclusive I have gotten was from both parents having exclusive pelts. Thats the best chances for an exclusive without items.
