Its a disease that (im not sure of other animals) dogs get. Makes them really sick and they refuse to eat and drink and end up dying. I dont know exactly how it works in the game

So, if i poof off into existence then my account will disappear into the void if I do NOT log in at all?

also, if someone could explain to me how to and any tips on making customs. Im just curious and I have absolutely no idea. Also could you pm me it? I don't have the apples right now I just wanna know for when I do lol.

@Master Darkfire, if I remember correctly and as far as I know, Basic accounts are normally auto-pruned after 6 months unless they’ve made purchases. Accounts with purchases aren’t deleted unless manually marked for deletion. Even then, you can still log in and play normally - you’ll just see a notice at the top of your Den page like the one in the screenshot.

Account Update

We previously mentioned that Accounts will no longer be deleted from inactivity if they've made purchases. We understand that some people may no longer want their account and don't want it saved.

So we have added a toggle to your Account page to mark your Account for deletion. It will be deleted 1 year from when it's marked, so you have plenty of time to change your mind.

Annnd, for your next question -- also, if someone could explain to me how to and any tips on making customs. Im just curious and I have absolutely no idea. Also could you pm me it? I don't have the apples right now I just wanna know for when I do lol.

Making customs is mostly a creative process based on your own tastes and breeding goals. If you really like someone’s custom, you can PM them for general design tips or advice, and if they’re kind enough to help out, you might pick up some useful ideas for your own designs. :)

Game-related questions will be ignored/deleted here going forward, since this thread is specifically for mod-related questions. For future questions like this, please use Forums > Member Help, where other players can answer just as well.

Yep. Accounts with purchases shouldn’t ever be deleted automatically unless they’re specifically marked for deletion. Basic accounts may be removed after around six months of inactivity, though I’d like to confirm that to be sure. I’ll double-check with Eve and send you a PM so we don’t keep bumping the thread.
