Problem/Bug: Moves in explore from positive vitals to weather conditions not adding to total remaining moves.
What you did to find the bug: I accidentally stumbled upon it while exploring and happened to be looking at my moves when I saw it. Happened 3 more times before I managed to make this post.

It adds the moves when you move to the tile, not when you leave it. :)
