You need to kill all of the enemies on the level and go to every tile in the grid. There is a counter at the top of the screen that tells you how many enemies you have left to kill. You do not have to kill prey.

Thank you so much I’m so glad I saw your comment,I was at full territory and was rdy to upgrade but didn’t know what to do so I restarted it

Have you explored all the tiles? The bar at the top of the page shows your progress. It must be 100% green before you can proceed. If it's not full, that means you've missed a tile and need to go back and find it.
If you're lost, you can purchase an Explorer's Map at Realm > Marketplace > Barter for a hint.

You need to have all the spaces covered. Afterwards, move and it should teleport you. You can see the amount of tiles needed from the bar at the top.
