He keeps killing my wolves within literally one hit soooo, do I have to battle him? I heard that if you don't kill EVERYTHING in a level you can't level up. Can someone help? :,)

You do need to kill all the enemies in the level to level up, and you do need to kill the Gwyn Ap Nudd as I've killed him many times but it takes time. If you give him 5 hell hound hearts he'll trade it for brains. Does that answer your question?

Yup! It sucks though cause my wolves are fairly good battlers/hunters :,)

The best thing to have would be a DH but if you have full heath that will also help, having some agility will help with your defense. And that's about it.

You do not need to kill him. He is prey.

Anything that is prey (seen on explore as 'hunt') doesn't need to be killed. Everything that is battle, needs to be killed.
