I got a random wolf called wolf 889 and it seems like it has no mom or a dad and was born in april 3 2023 EDT

i don't remember having that wolf in my den though.

That wolf was from the Wolf Party, which is one of Wolf Play's minigames. There's a good chance you played a round of the Wolf Party and forgot.
